Port Lincoln Smokehouse Kingfish is sourced through Clean Seas fisheries at Arno Bay on the Eyre Peninsula.

Once the kingfish is Cold Smoked, it has a silky taste and texture, easy sliced thinly to give an excellent appearance. Like the Tuna, PL Smokehouse's brining process is unique and close kept secret to their business although cured and smoked retains the moisture within their products.
